At this level, our Tier 1 Service, being our Active Placement Scheme, registered employers will brief us on their requirements.
We will then work with the Employer on their Job Description and Job Specification for the candidate they are looking for.
We will then search for the specific candidate to fulfil the prospective employer’s specific Job Description and Job Specification.
We will ensure we fully understand the candidates’ requirements in detail. We will then create a short-list of suitable candidates and present this to the prospective employer.
We will then organize interviews of the candidates with the prospective employer. Employers will normally require at least two interviews if not more.
We will also ensure that we have full evidence of all qualifications and experience of each candidate.
